Team Effort

Acting as Principal Contractor, Principal Designer & Project Manager.  Managing a project budget with third party suppliers.  All phases of the project controlled careful management of works and gateway systems.

This project comprised of improving the working environment by :

  • Providing air conditioning
  • Installing a segregation white wall
  • LEV extraction system
  • New sections of conveyor
  • New machine install
  • CCTV system
  • Relocating bank of isolations
  • 3D scanning
  • Updating AutoCAD line layouts
  • Over seeing SISTEMA validation
  • Completing the project H&S File
