CDM site management

Over the past 15 years, pmC have partnered with many of our clients to supply high calibre H&S professionals to manage CDM sites.  In this capacity, we are fulfilling the role on behalf of our client, the Principal Contractor.

Contractor management

Our team of qualified and experienced site managers bring the necessary competence to your projects.  Depending on project requirements, assignments can be for one or more H&S professionals and we have the flexibility to cover a range of working patterns including weekends and 24 x 7.  We can work under your branding, if preferred.

We would undergo training with you (the Principal Contractor) to understand your site systems and procedures.  This engagement is critical to the project, to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.  Alternatively, pmC can apply our own site safety systems and procedures if a PC hasn’t already got one in place.  Our site system is well proven over many years and is extremely robust to ensure the PC is compliant with the law.

As a resource partner, we are also able to supply all site equipment including site welfare facilities, signage, fencing and project cabins.

So, why use pmC?

Our partners trust our track record in this area; they value our honesty and integrity.  As a result, we have developed numerous, long standing working relationships with repeat business on their next projects.

Our reputation has been established over the years as a company you can rely on.  We have experience in the Construction, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Textile industries for delivering compliant projects.
