Another year, another fantastic PPMA Total Show!

We’ve had a fantastic time exhibiting at this year’s PPMA Total Show, which was held at the NEC, Birmingham, on the 26th - 28th of September.

What a busy few days we’ve had!

Much like last year, the PPMA Total Show 2023 proved a great success and gave us the perfect opportunity to step away from the office and usual work attire to catch up with some of our long-standing clients.

However, there were also a lot of new faces to meet! The show offered a valuable opportunity to connect with lots of emerging businesses and innovators within the manufacturing and machinery sector. So, if we managed to grab you for a chat – it was a real pleasure to meet you. 

This year, we sent along Stuart McCreedy (Managing Director), Marie Dobson (Business Systems & Compliance Manager) and Kathryn Whitehurst (Project & Compliance Engineer). Joined by over 350 other exhibitors, the team gained lots of useful insights into current industry trends and enjoyed sharing our own areas of expertise.

We hosted a seminar: Mark it for the market – UKCA product marking uncovered

Additionally, our Managing Director, Stuart McCreedy, was honoured to lead a seminar on the complexities of UKCA and CE Marking. The session was well-received, with an attentive audience keen to understand the legislative intricacies surrounding this crucial certification.

Stuart shared, “It was such an honour to host the seminar. The engagement level was fantastic. UKCA and CE Marking are complex topics, and I was glad to offer some clarity. Especially regarding the intricate requirements for importers and manufacturers.”

The event was impeccably organised, making it a pleasure to support the PPMA. Their efforts to uplift the processing and packaging machinery sector both in the UK and internationally really are unparalleled.
